Like all babies, Blake had his own set of likes and dislikes - he was very particular about the placement of his legs and hands. Of course, with Easter approaching I had to throw in a little themed set too {I placed the carrots in a warm oven so that they wouldn't be cool against his skin. Turns out that the stems will wilt in heat ha oops}.
The bottom pose he came up with all on his own. I think it is pretty fitting with the little bow tie.
The evening before Blake's session, I went into my kids' playroom and tripped on my son's John Deere dump truck {grumble}. I figured I might was well put a baby in it. And, Blake agreed with a little smile.
Blake's parents brought in the Cubs hat.
Life is so much better on mom's shoulder. Although I know that most moms are exhausted and are not feeling in the mood to have their photo captured, you'll find that I insist. Black and white is forgiving. I always take care to smooth and brighten a tired face. Although I do my very best, I realize that these images are most likely not going to be printed on a 20x30 canvas and placed on the wall. But, at least you have them for your baby book. Capturing memories is what it is all about.
BGP can create all kinds of collage options from your session. I don't recommend using more than 3-4 images on a 16x20 and smaller print however. The below options are intended to be printed as 16x20s or maybe 11x14. It gives you the option to display multiple images on one print when wall space is limited. The collage can be printed on silk paper for you to frame, on glossy metal {ready to hang} or even on wrapped canvas {ready to hang}. 16x20 metals are ON SALE right now.
